In a picturesque Shakesperean countryside on a shore of Avon River a feature clubhouse building was introduced into the very heart of a caravan park.
Stylized in a maritime theme the building 'floats' over the landscape raised on a steel structure elevating it from regularly occuring floods.
The unique building will attract park visitors as well as locals for a tasty dinner in a loft restaurant or a cold pint in a vikings' pub on the floor below.
Guests will enjoy stunning views from a raised terrace projecting over the streaming waters of Avon.
Made completely of solid timber the building will provide a cool chillout retreat during hot summer days an will become a warm shelter during the cold winter nights.
Wedding parties will be surprised by the amazing landscape vistas opening up from the top-level balconies. Business seminars will be pleased by a healthy and comfortable indoor climate of this unique organic development.
